Tickets

All ticket sales are processed through Resident Advisor. By purchasing a ticket you agree to RA's terms of sale alongside ours.

Door entry

Entry is at the discretion of door staff and venue management. Valid photographic ID is required for entry — passport, driving licence, or a UK PASS card. Anyone deemed unfit for entry through intoxication or behaviour will be turned away without refund.

Conduct

We don't tolerate harassment, discrimination, or aggression toward staff, artists, or other punters. Speak to a member of our team if you experience or witness anything that needs addressing — we will act.

Photography and recording

We ask punters to keep phones off the dancefloor. Our event photographer documents nights for the website and social channels — if you don't want to be in shots, let staff know on entry and we'll flag the photographer.

Liability

KLUB is not liable for personal property left at venues. Cloakroom use is at your own risk.
